SIMOS HOUSE

The Simos House, is a maisonette house, built in 2009 in a traditional style. It is located in Vathi, 200 m. from the beach. It is a two-story house surrounded by gardens and verandas and it is on the same plot of land with 4 more private houses, each with its own individual small garden.

The décor and furniture is simple and comfortable. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own A/C and TV (one bedroom with a double bed, and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, and large verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves. On the upper floor there is a large living room, with a sofa (also used as a bed for the 5th person), combined with a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, and large verandas with limited sea view. The living room is also equipped with a ceiling fan and a TV. This house also has a washing machine for clothes.

The sea side tavernas and cafes, the shops and bus stop of Vathi are all within 200 meters.
