KOHYLIA BEACH GUEST HOUSE

The Kohylia Beach Guest House, is a brand new complex of eleven rooms and one studio, built in 2010, and it is located on the sea front in Platy Yialos, directly on the beach. A small, family run accommodation facility with very elegant stylish décor, tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to details and décor. The external spaces are built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture and create a beautiful atmosphere combining harmoniously the blue of the Aegean Sea with the whitewashed buildings of Sifnos island.

The Kohylia beach guest House also features the Kamini cafe - restaurant, where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner right by the sea. Here you will be able to enjoy dishes from the Mediterranean and the local cuisine, all prepared with fresh local products. Don't miss trying the famous homemade desserts.

There are twelve units in total: four rooms on the upper floor, seven rooms on the ground floor, and one studio on the ground floor. All units have air-conditioning, satellite LCD TV, CD player, Safe box, hair-dryer, mini fridge and shared verandas. The studio also has a kitchenette. The rooms have a traditional wooden ceiling, carefully selected furniture and tiled floors.

All the upper floor rooms offer panoramic sea view of Platy Yialos bay. Three of the four upper floor rooms also have a private balcony with mountain view. A common veranda has been created on the upper level, just above the Kamini café, so that guests of the ground floor rooms can enjoy the same panoramic sea view, while relaxing on deck-chairs and tables specifically assigned for the guests of the ground floor rooms. All ground floor rooms also share a common terrace, at street level, that surrounds the building.

Other facilities include: reception, café snack bar, indoor and out breakfast lounge directly on the water front. Free Wi-Fi Internet accessible throughout the premises. Restaurants, shops and bus stop are all nearby.
