CYCLADES VILLAS

Cyclades Villas are located in Platy Yialos 200 meters from the long sandy beach. Here there are 3 studios in one building and one villa in a separate detached building on the same plot of land. A distance of 60 meters separates the studios and the villa.

The studios & villa itself of Cyclades Villas are surrounded by olive groves and gardens set in a very quiet area and are ideal for relaxing, yet they are near to the lively beach of Platy Yialos. As olive trees surround them they do not have sea view. Sea side tavernas, shops and the bus stop are all located nearby.

Each studio is tastefully furnished and it has an equipped kitchenette, air-conditioning, TV, electric fans, and a veranda with garden view.

The Villa is an air conditioned detached house, newly built (1989) but in a traditional style. It has 3 bedrooms 1 of which has a single bed while the remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds, a living room with TV, 3 built in sofas and a fire place, an equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a built in dining table, one bathroom and large verandas surrounded by a beautiful garden and equipped with comfortable tables, chairs as well as chaise lounges.

There are electric fans in all the rooms of the Villa, the decor and furniture are excellent, stone floors, built-in living room furniture, tasteful and comfortable.
