AKROTIRAKI APARTMENTSThe AKROTIRAKI Maisonette Apartments are located in Platy Yialos, 60 m. from its own secluded rocky seashore and 250 m. from the sandy beach. The tavernas and shops of Platy Yialos are all within 300 meters. Built in 2011, they offer modern, superior level accommodation standards. They are very comfortable, elegantly furnished and decorated both indoors and outdoors. Superior quality accommodation and magnificent location, perched over the sea, just outside the village in a very quiet area. There is a footpath within the property leading from the apartments to the rocky sea shore, belonging to the property. There is a garden infront of the apartments with sun-beds, common for all the apartment guests, and private parking space within the property. All units are equipped with air-conditioning, LCD TV, Free Wi-Fi Internet accessible throughout the premises, Hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen with oven in the maisonettes and kitchenette in the studio, all surrounded by terraces and verandas, with panoramic view of Platy Yialos bay and the sea. Continental breakfast items (such as sugar, tea, coffee, butter, honey, jam, fruit juice, biscuits, etc.) are provided upon arrival, in the fridge (not served) of the studios and maisonettes at Akrotiraki Apartments, which are being replenished daily, free of charge. The studio is open plan and it is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchenette, and it is equipped with A/C, LCD TV, and a private terrace with sea view. The maisonette for 2-4 persons is consisted of the following: On the ground floor there is a living room with A/C, LCD TV, and a sofa (convertible to 1 or 2 single sofa beds for the 3rd and 4th person), a fully equipped kitchen (with oven) and a dining table, a bathroom, and a pergola shaded terrace with panoramic sea view. An interior staircase from the living room leads upstairs to the bedroom (double bed), equipped with A/C, LCD TV, and a veranda with panoramic sea view. Families, or a group of friends, consisted of up to 6 persons, can book one of the above maisonettes and the studio adjacent to that maisonette. The combination of booking both the maisonette and its adjacent studio, is offered at a lower daily rental rate, in comparison to the aggregate rate when booking a maisonette and the studio separately. This maisonette and studio, even though attached to each other, they are NOT connected with an interior door, as each of these has its own independent entrance and facilities as described above.
