ARETO VILLA

Areto Villa is located in Agia Marina (Kamares), 250 m. from the beach, while the nearest restaurants, shops and bus stop are 300 m. away and Kamares town center is 900 m. away.

Areto offers an enchanting and charming atmosphere in its carefully designed interior decor. There is private parking space. It is traditionally furnished and decorated with great taste and attention to details. Areto also offers an exquisite breakfast area and lounge with antique furniture and decoration, also serving breakfast in its large breakfast veranda from which one can enjoy panoramic views and magnificent sunsets at the end of the day.

All 24 units are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and mini-bar. All rooms are spacious either on the ground floor or upper floor with sea view or mountain view and they consist of a bedroom, a bathroom and a veranda or balcony.

The family room consists of 2 individual separate rooms, each with its own bathroom, separate exterior entrance, next to each other, sharing one enclosed veranda without view.

The studios consist of a bedroom, bathroom, a small kitchenette for breakfast use only, and an enclosed veranda without view.

The suites consist of one bedroom, a small living room, a small kitchenette for breakfast use only, bathroom and veranda or balcony with sea view or mountain view.

The superior suite is similar to the suites, however it is on the top floor of the building, exclusively designed and decorated, surrounded by large private verandas with panoramic sea views.

The honeymoon suite is similar to the superior suite, also on the top floor, suitably designed and decorated for honeymoon couples, surrounded by large private verandas with panoramic sea views.
