Alkyonis Villas is located in Agia Marina, Kamares, 100 meters from the beach. The nearest restaurants, shops and bus stop are 150 meters away and Kamares town center is 700 m. away. The superior apartment - similar to the standard apartment but slightly larger, in an elevated position with a larger terrace and superior sea view.

The 2 bedroom apartment (80m²) is at the top floor of the building, the "penthouse" of Alkyonis Villas, exclusively designed and decorated, surrounded by a large private veranda with panoramic sea views and consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a matrimonial bed an one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a large equipped kitchen, a large living room with 2 sofa-beds, and a fire place.
