The standard studio consists of a bedroom, separate equipped kitchen, and veranda with mountain and village view.

The superior studio is the same as the standard one, but its veranda offers panoramic sea view.

The standard Markela apartment consists of one very large bedroom with a living room corner within the bedroom, with two built-in sofa beds, an equipped kitchen, a garden, and a veranda with limited sea view.

The superior apartment consists of 2 bedrooms plus a combination of a large living room with an equipped kitchen, and a large veranda with panoramic sea view.
