Nikoleta Studios built in 2001, located in Sifnos' main town of Apollonia, 200 meters from the town center and 5 km from the nearest beach.

There is a great selection of restaurants, shops, mini-markets and pubs in the town and the bus stop for services to the port and the islands beaches is also very close by.

Nikoleta studios offers a panoramic view of the village and the surrounding areas as well as distant sea view. There is also a private parking space and a charming hospitable landlady.

Each of the Nikoleta studios is well furnished and spacious, with an equipped kitchenette, air-condition, TV and a veranda with panoramic view.

There is also an apartment at Nicoleta Studios which is comprised of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, TV and a veranda with village view and distant side sea view.
