LEMON GROVE HOUSE

The Lemon Grove House is a detached traditional Sifnian house located in the very traditional and tranquil neighbourhood of Katavati-Eleimonas, a suburb of Apollonia (the main town of Sifnos), 500 meters from the central square of Apollonia, through flagstone footpaths.

It is accessible by pedestrian footpath or scooter only as there are no roads for cars in the old villages. The nearest car road is 300 m. away. The house was completely restored in 2009 with very elegant furniture and up-to-date amenities.

The Lemon Grove House is on a private lot of land of 2000 sq. meters, and it is consisted of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, surrounded by gardens and large verandas with panoramic view of the surrounding villages and valleys.

The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, that can be joined to form a double bed. The second and third bedroom, share the house’s second bathroom. There is a large living room with a fire place and a TV, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.

The house is fully air-conditioned and is also equipped with central heating amenities, free Wi-Fi Internet accessible from the house interior and on some verandas. There is also a washing machine.

Bus stop, restaurants and shops are all within 300 meters.
