Perched directly on the waterfront of Pollonia, you almost have your feet in the water as you enjoy the views across the bay from the balcony and terrace.

The studio ("Red") is a spacious 25m2 and has a fully equipped kitchenette plus a balcony with views across the bay.

The Suite ("Blue") is a maisonette, with a bedroom (double bed) and a living room corner (with sofa bed), plus a loft with twin beds, plus balcony with sea view.

The ground floor apartment (the Traditional Apartment) has a bedroom (double bed), a large living room (with two sofa beds) and kitchenette

The Superior apartment ("Green") on the upper floor has one bedroom, a living room with a loft (two sofa beds), two bathrooms and balcony with panoramic sea views.
